The children had great fun coloring in their fish， especially Koudai- who didn`t want to stop coloring for almost an hour!!<br>In the Butterfly class， we spent our morning upstairs on the roof， enjoying the warm morning sun while getting some much needed exercise. With the warm air conditioner on indoors， the refreshing air outside is just the thing we need to stay healthy and in good spirits.<br>Usually on the roof， the children practice their bike-riding or soccer skills and make sandcastles. For a little change， we pulled out the cones for some bowling and I scattered the toy fish in to the sandpit for the children to `catch fish`. With fresh fish coming in， Tyrin and Kouta became little entrepreneurs and opened up shop:)<br>We all had fun using our imagination and making up new games to role-play:)<br>-Marlena<br></td></tr> </table></div><br><br><br> <div align="center"> <table width="80%" border="2" cellpadding="3" bordercolor="#4787c7" cellspacing="0"> <tr bgcolor="#4787c7"><td> <font color="#FFFFFF">2004年 1月28日(水)   <b>たのしいランチタイム（＾０＾）</b></font></td></tr> <tr bgcolor="#FFFFFF"><td> 「せんせ～！！おいしいね～（＾０＾）☆★☆」<br>　「みて～！！ぜんぶたべたよ～！！☆★☆★」<br>お昼ご飯の時間はとてもにぎやかです！！子供達もおうちではなかなか食べないお野菜なども<br>みんなと一緒だと「おいしいよ！！ほらみて～。。。がんばってたべたよ！！」ととってもにこにこ（＾０＾）<br>　お友達同士での会話も弾み、かわいらしいお話があちらこちらから聞こえてきます。。。（＾０＾）<br>　以前まで上手に食べる事ができなかったお友達も今ではスプーンやフォークをとっても<br>上手に使えるようになりました！！<br>　自分で食べる楽しみや、お友達と楽しいお話しをしながら食べる楽しみが増え、<br>お昼ご飯の時間がより一層楽しい時間になるようにしていきたいと思います★☆★☆<br>　増子　愛<br><br>The ABC books in the Butterfly class are a long-term project that the children have been working on during their free time. The girls Ayaka and Erika are speeding through their books while the boys on the other hand， need a little encouragement to move along:) While the girls ask to do their books regularly， the boys of course- prefer play fighting much more!<br>Though with the girls now up to the letter `O`， I thought it was time to do a little catch-up with the boys.
